About ReceiveSMSGo

What ReceiveSMSGo provides, who operates it, how pricing and support work, and the limits of temporary SMS access.

Compare an offer, then manage your own order

ReceiveSMSGo is a paid, one-time SMS reception service. You can browse supported services and countries publicly. Signing in is required to fund a wallet, create an order and view its number or SMS. Order information belongs to the signed-in account; it is not a public SMS inbox.

The dashboard compares available routes for a service and country, shows the customer price in USD and follows the assigned order. The destination platform decides whether it accepts a number. Catalog availability, an assigned number, a received SMS and successful destination verification are different events.

Price and funding are separate

The selling price is the greater of $0.39 or twice the source cost, after verified conversion to USD and rounding up to the next cent. Stock and quotes can change before purchase. Review the final order price.

ReceiveSMSGo card top-ups start at $5 and crypto top-ups at $10; a coin-specific minimum can be higher. These are wallet limits, not the price of one SMS. Test card credits are separate from live funds and cannot buy live numbers. A checkout success screen alone does not confirm a credited payment.

Cancellation, refunds and access limits

Cancellation is blocked for the first 120 seconds. After that, eligibility and provider confirmation still apply. A cancellation request or countdown does not itself create a wallet refund. If an action is pending or under review, check that order rather than creating repeated new orders.

Temporary access is unsuitable when you need to retain the same number for future logins, banking, important account recovery or long-term contact. ReceiveSMSGo does not promise permanent number ownership, acceptance by every platform, anonymity or guaranteed delivery. Use it only for permitted requests involving accounts you control.

Operator and support

ReceiveSMSGo is provided by an individual operator, rather than a company. Use the email below for support, payment disputes and personal data requests.

Retention

Phone numbers and SMS content are cleared 7 days after an order is completed or cancelled. Operational logs are retained for 90 days and encrypted daily backups for 30 days. Expired quotes and rate-limit records are cleared after one day. Account and financial records remain as necessary for balances, payments, disputes and applicable legal obligations; automatic SMS cleanup does not remove them.

Requests and disputes

Send the transaction reference and your request from your registered email. Do not send SMS codes, passwords or card details. Access, correction, deletion and payment disputes are reviewed after identity and ownership verification. A wallet refund and a refund to the original payment method are separate processes; wallet credit is not automatically sent to a card or crypto address.
